Maybe the Black Canary has also been one of DC’s under-represented assets.
Batman gets a few dozen movies, a few reboots, a plethora of animated shows and whatnot.
So where is the upcoming Black Canary epic?
Of course I’m inserting false equivalence here, seeing that I have no idea which of their
assets are the most profitable.
I do think the original source material was interesting though.
In “Arrow,” the much watched show, she was featured, of course- But in “Birds of Prey” we
see the full force of the sonic scream unleashed.
Life can be hard, and when I watch superhero movies for some escapism, often, I wish for nothing more than just seeing
how they use their comic-book powers to cut a swathe of destruction through the vile legions of evil.
